Refund policy

We do not have any returns on the Products once they have been shipped and/or delivered. You are only allowed to obtain a replacement of the Products on providing suitable evidence that the delivered Products are genuinely defective and/or damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement, the Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, with tags, labels, accessories in-tact, and in its original packaging; your Product shows a defect that qualifies the item for replacement. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase; or you have received the wrong Product. You shall assume all risks associated with the return.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at contact@spektacom.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the Product. You need to submit the replacement request along with images of the of the defective/damaged Product. On evaluating it, and if accepted, we’ll send you a replacement shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Refunds

If you cancel the order before shipment, we will provide you a full refund on all amounts paid towards the order. You will be automatically refunded the amounts on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
